Bitumen dead sea engraved stone cup, circa 1860.
Black bitumen stone carved for Kiddush ceremonies with grape leaves and vines on the top register. "stone from the dead sea" in English carved into the second register.

A similar goblet appears in the “Artists of the Land of Israel in the 19th century” (published by the Israel Museum, Jerusalem 1979, pages 151-153).
