Silver Kiddush Goblet, Hieronymus Mittnacht, Augsburg, Germany, 1763-1765. Classic style tulip-form bowl with chased scalloped design motif with faceted baluster stem set on circular base with coordinating chasing, Along the edge of the bowl the Hebrew inscription reads: "And Moses Declared God's Appointed Festivals to the Children of Israel" Marked: Hieronymus Mittnacht, Augsburg. Three generations of the Mittnacht family produced Judaica in Augsburg, Hieronymus, being the most well-known.
